Ordering and Payment

By paying or attempting to pay for products available through this website, you agree that you have not engaged in any fraudulent conduct or contravened any law.
  • All online orders submitted through this website are subject to confirmation and acceptance by Carmen Says. Carmen Says reserves the right to reject or cancel your online order for any reason, at any time prior to the dispatch of the products. Once we receive your online order, you will receive an email order confirmation. Your receipt of an order confirmation does not signify Carmen Says’ acceptance of your online order but is simply a confirmation that we have received your order. If Carmen Says rejects an order, you will be notified via email as soon as reasonably possible, and any payment made by you for that order will be refunded.
  • All online orders must be paid in full immediately upon entry into the Agreement. The conversion rate varies from day to day with the exchange rate. Your financial institution or payment provider may also charge you currency conversion fees. Please contact your financial institution or payment provider for further details on these charges and fees.

Cancelling an Order

  • Once your order has been placed, our warehouse team will begin processing and shipping your order as soon as possible. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible after placing it. As we process and ship orders daily, we cannot guarantee that the request can be fulfilled.

Occasionally, there may be information on this website that contains errors, inaccuracies, or omissions related to a product description, product image, pricing, promotion, special offer, or availability. Pricing

If Carmen Says requests payment for increased prices, you may reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel the order. If you wish to cancel the order under these circumstances, you must notify Carmen Says via email within seven (7) business days of the announcement date of the price increase.

Availability

  • While we strive to ensure that the stock presented to you on this website is accurate and available for purchase, please note that on rare occasions, stock discrepancies may occur. If a purchase has been made for an unavailable item and your order cannot be fulfilled, you will be notified via email as soon as possible and Carmen Says will offer you a full refund for the unavailable item.

Faulty Policy

  • Every product we send out is initially quality controlled; however, if you have received a product with a manufacturing defect, Carmen Says will replace the item or refund the cost, provided it has been returned within 30 days of purchase. Please contact our customer care team as soon as possible after receiving your order so we can guide you through the next steps and the returns process. Please provide our team with photos clearly showing the defect or fault and a brief description for a preliminary assessment.
  • If the product is confirmed to be faulty, Carmen Says will replace the item (subject to stock availability) or refund the price paid for the faulty item to your original payment method. If the product is found not to have a defect or fault, the product will be returned to you.
  • If, in our reasonable opinion, the item has become of unacceptable quality due to wear and tear in the course of normal use, misuse, or failure to use in accordance with garment care instructions, this does not constitute a defect or fault.

Gift Cards

  • Gift Cards purchased through carmensays.com may only be redeemed on this website. Gift Cards purchased through carmensays.com are issued in euros (EUR). Gift Cards are digital and will be automatically emailed to the customer once purchased. A unique code will be issued to the email address entered at checkout.
  • Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash and cannot be refunded. Carmen Says does not take responsibility for lost or stolen Gift Cards.

Discount Codes and Promotions

  • Carmen Says may occasionally offer promotional discount codes which may apply to certain specified orders placed through this website. If your order is eligible, the discount code can be applied by entering the code in the ‘gift card or discount code’ field at checkout and clicking ‘apply’. The promotion value will be applied to your order immediately. If the discount code was not entered at the checkout page but the order was placed during the promotional event, contact our customer care team as soon as possible after submitting the order. It is up to Carmen Says’ sole discretion whether the discounted amount may be refunded to you.
  • Separate terms and conditions specified at the time of issue may apply to the use of the promotional discount code. It is your responsibility to read these carefully to make sure the promotional offer applies to your purchase. Promotional discount codes may not be used in conjunction with other discount codes.

Customs Information Outside the EU

  • When you place an order for products on carmensays.com for delivery to a country outside the European Union, you may be required to pay import duties and taxes, which will be charged when the package reaches its destination.
  • Any additional amount due to customs processing will be your responsibility.
