When will my return be processed and when will I receive my refund?
Returns can take up to 7 to 10 business days from the delivery date to be evaluated and processed by us. Once your return or refund has been processed, you will receive an email notification.
Refunds will be processed through the original payment method used for the order. Depending on your payment method and financial institution, please allow up to 10 business days for the refunded amount to be reflected in your account.
Who covers the return costs?
Returns are free within Spain.
For the rest of the world, customers will be responsible for the shipping and handling costs when returning any unwanted items.
