I ordered multiple items from which some were also gifts for Christmas. When the delivery got late and I sent an e-mail, I got a response almost immediately offering multiple solutions. When the package came the clothes were very nicely presented, ironed, well packaged and the delivery was also super fast! I’m just sad I missed the Black Friday:((( Looking forward to ordering with Carmen Says soon again! I love their style and costumer service!!!
