Payment methods and shipments

What payment methods do you accept?

  • We accept payments with Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, Klarna, Bizum, Carmen Says gift cards, and store credit.

How does Klarna work?

  • Klarna is an interest-free payment plan option that lets you pay for your purchase in 4 equal installments. The first payment is charged when your order is confirmed, and the following 3 payments are charged automatically every 2 weeks thereafter.

Where are you sending it to?

  • We ship within Spain using CTT Express.
  • For the rest of the world, we ship with UPS or DHL Express.

When will my order be processed and shipped?

  • Once your order is confirmed and accepted, our logistics center will work hard to process it as quickly as possible so it's ready within 1 to 2 business days. If you place your order before noon, it will likely be shipped the same day, although we can't always guarantee this.
  • Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day. During sale periods, due to the increased volume of orders, an additional 2 to 3 business days will be required to process orders.
  • Once our logistics center has dispatched your order, the delivery time will vary depending on the shipping method selected at checkout, the transport company used, and your location relative to our warehouse in Barcelona. Please note that delivery times are in addition to processing times.

Spain: Express delivery 24/48 hours. Standard delivery 3/5 business days.

Europe: Standard shipping 5-7 business days.

Rest of the world: Standard shipping 7/10 business days.

How can I track my order?

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email that includes a tracking number and link. Please note that it may take up to 48 hours for updates to appear on the tracking page after you receive the notification.

Customs information outside the EU

  • When you place an order for products on carmensays.com for delivery to a country outside the European Union, you may be required to pay import duties and taxes, which will be collected when the package arrives at its destination.
  • Any additional costs due to customs clearance will be your responsibility.
  • CARMEN SAYS has no control over these amounts. Customs policies vary significantly from country to country, so for more information, please consult the relevant customs office.

What should I do if my order has been returned to the sender because they couldn't find me on either of the two delivery attempts and I didn't pick it up at the collection point?

  • You should contact us via orders@carmensays.com so that we can offer you a solution.
  • If you would like us to resend your order, you will be responsible for the shipping costs. Also, if you prefer a refund, please note that the shipping cost will be deducted.
