I purchased some clothes from this brand and they were incredibly good quality and exactly how they look. The shipping of the products was super fast. The only think I would recommend is sizing down, but even if you don't they're return policy is amazing.
I had my first order from Carmen Says. Unfortunately, the clothes turned out to be bigger than my usual size so I had to return them. Their customer service was very responsive and promptly assisted with the return that it made the entire experience smooth. And best of all, additional 5% of the refund amount if you choose the store credit option. Looking forward to ordering again !
I absolutely love this brand but the sizing on the two items I most recently bought were different to usual. The trousers didn't have much shape to them, they were pretty straight which meant the waist for a size S was really big and it wasn't adjustable. The top for XS was mostly fine but the chest was a lot tighter than the arms so it didn't quite work. It's a real shame because the collection is beautiful.
