I've always loved the brand Carmen Says, but for me what truly makes the difference it's their customer service. Of course the clothes are beautil and unique, but the efficiency and the availability that the team has to help you with ANY issue that you have is for me for, priceless. For sure will buy again and again! Had some trouble with a Portuguese delivery company and Carmen Says Team was super helpfull and worried the whole time until the situation was fixed and I had my purchase in hands. Pedí un chaleco que vi en instagram a una influencer y me pareció precioso. Al llegarme a casa, me pareció aún más bonito y sienta fenomenal. La blusa/chaqueta de entretiempo es también una pasada. Compraré más prendas en vuestra marca porque me parecen distintivas , de calidad y con unos estampados increíbles.
