Start off by saying how much I love the brand, the vibe and the collection drops - the carmen says new drop email is basically the only thing i look for in my inbox. Have made several purchases over the years and have some dresses I love from you guys. Sadly though I have been disappointed with sizing recently. My latest purchase felt very off. I am a size 10, with a large bust, and the skirt purchases in a M is widest at the waistband - it felt like the elastic had been shot before it had been worn - it slips down my waist when i wear. The top I bought to accompany my look - despite my best efforts I just cant make it fit right. I have tied ans re tied the strings, but have been left each time with a gapping bit of material on the outside of the breast area. it covers my breasts but barley and feel very unwearable. Also arrived with lots of loose and uncut string from being put together - i am sure will continue to purchase form you guys, but would be great if your items could improve and fit and in a more general way, take into account bigger breast shapes in your M and L sizes. Still love your looks!

The dress is super cute, but it doesn't fit me at all. That's why I decided to change it.
I knew when I found Carmen Says that the clothes would be gorgeous, and my expectations were exceeded after receiving my first order. The quality and design of the clothes is elite. I unfortunately bought a size too big in the skirt so I won’t have my glimmer set for my holiday but it’s worth waiting for! And the returns process was super easy, even being outside of Spain. Can’t wait for the right size to arrive :)
Los diseños de esta marca me parecen super originales y frescos, la calidad muy buena. Se nota que se han diseñado los patrones con mimo, ya que favorecen muchísimo (en concreto yo he comprado el conjunto de top y falda Peony)
El conjunto en sí me gusta mucho. Sin embargo, al recibirlo la ilusión se me quitó bastante por ver una caja deteriorada y en interior ls prenda con muchas arrugas. Creo que la presentación es importante y de puede mejorar.
