My order arrived fast and the clothes were of good quality. :)
This was my first order from Carmen Says and while I love the designs visually, I felt like the quality of the construction should be better for the price point. For example, I ordered the Striped Starlit Palazzo Pants, and because the fabric is so heavy, they don't stay up with just the string waist band. Had they used the same lightweight fabric as the matching shirt, or added a thin elastic to the waistband the current fabric this would not be an issue. Another example - raw edges left on the strings of the Shore Bag. The knots pictured online only came tied on for half of the ones on my bag, and even the ones that are tied have loose threads/fabric fraying on the edge. Ended up keeping the items because they are easy fixes for a home sewer (not to mention the return shipping is almost $50 USD!), but I was certainly surprised and wouldn't expect having to 'fix' brand new clothes from a company like Carmen Says. Hope they can improve the quality because their designs are so unique and adorable!
The clothes were just how I expected them to be. The package came quickly as well!

Love this light cotton bottom up. I’ve gotten lots of compliments on it. I find the slight crop a great style for me as a shorter person (157cm). Would recommend.

I LOVE my new Striped Starlit Palazzo Pants, they're so dreamy and whimsical. They are great for a dress-over pants look (or even pants over pants!). Only thing I'm not excited about is that the stitches on the ruffles seem to be fraying a bit after a couple of wears. Delivery was quick and everything else gets 5 stars.

I ordered the Jester Polka Dot Dress in a small and could barely fit it over my head. I paid the return shipping fee and exchanged for a medium and still can't really lift my arms in the M dress. I'm thinking a L/XL would have the ideal fit for me, but that seems extreme for a size difference and I cannot pay another $40 to exhange the dress again.
